Founded in 1969, Pickett, Ray & Silver, Inc. is a full-service engineering, land planning, construction management and land surveying firm. Our corporate office, originally located in St. Peters, Missouri, has recently established residence in the New Town at St. Charles, Missouri. We also have a satellite office located in Branson, Missouri.

For the past 40 years, Pickett, Ray & Silver's dedication to excellent customer service and professional project management has continued to set the highest industry standards. The deep history with our clients is a product of quality and respectable service. Our distinguised clients include both public and private firms as well as numerous cities, counties and municipalities.

Pickett, Ray & Silver, Inc. established its roots in the counties of St. Charles and St. Louis branching out to most of the surrounding counties in Missouri. We currently have projects taking place in the major metropolitan areas of Missouri, central and eastern portions of Kansas, and western portions of Illinois.

Our divisions are comprised of project teams and management groups that collaborate as necessary to provide the best project management for our clients. In the past five years our firm has expanded the boundries of traditional civil engineering and land surveying with urban design and infrastructure planning on large land tracts in Saint Charles and Hollister, Missouri. These developments are true multiuse communities and provide live, work and play areas.
