Town Square Street & Drainage Improvement Project

Pickett, Ray and Silver Inc. prepared conceptual drawings for the City of Neosho Town Square improvement project. The scope of Services included preparing alternative street layout with varying lane widths and paving materials. A secondary goal was to address drainage problems and provide pedestrian tables at the mid blocks to safe walking lanes. Several paving materials were evaluated to provide low impact storm water development practices including pervious pavers and pavement, islands which would intercept, detain and absorb storm water runoff. The scope of services also included preliminary construction cost estimates and construction staging scenarios.
