PUBLIC WORKS

Pickett Ray & Silver’s Public Works Department provides a variety of services which include roadway and highway design, stormwater collection and management, water distribution systems, hydraulic studies, drainage design, transportation planning, construction management, and construction observation. Douglas S. Tiemann, P.E., P.L.S. is the head of the department, with experience that includes all phases of design, inspection, and project management for municipal projects and with a background that includes years of experience as a civil engineer with municipalities.
