SURVEYING

Our Survey Department is headed by Mr. David Skornia, P.L.S., with Mr. Stan Mundwiller, P.L.S., as Assistant Director. They are involved in establishing contracts with clients, review and coordination of daily survey operations, as well as management of a staff of survey technicians and CAD operators The department consists of five (5) registered professional land surveyors and four (4) field crews who can provide boundary surveys, topographic surveys, construction staking, control measures by global positioning systems (GPS), as-built information, mapping, right-of- way, and easement exhibits.
