Pickett, Ray & Silver worked closely following a land development master plan and environmental constraints to provide a diverse mix of residential uses on this 1000 acre site. Due to the existing topography with existing slopes of up to 40%, unique development styles and layouts were utilized to maximize buildable sites with dramatic views. The roadway were modeled in 3-dimensions to quickly assess the proposed grading, site disturbance and construction costs. The developers were able to view these models and determine which alternatives would be cost effec-tive. Our firm worked closely with the all stakeholders including Yung Design Group (master planners and landscape architects), owners and contractor to evaluate the proposed improvements and develop projects costs.
