Klondike Park
St. Charles County, Missouri

Pickett Ray & Silver, Inc. was selected by
St. Charles County to design and provide
overall management of the construction for
Phase 1 of the Klondike Park Development
Project. Klondike is located in southwest
St. Charles County about 3 miles east of
Augusta. The park is approximately 250
acres and lies adjacent to Highway 94, the
Katy Trail, and Missouri River.

The scope of the services for the project includes design of roadways, parkings areas, entrance bridge, restroom/shower/vending facility, utility extensions, camper cabins, bike and pedestrian trails, boundary survey, and modifications to existing structures. St. Charles County has budgeted approximately $1,500,000 for the Phase 1 improvements at Klondike Park.
