Pickett Ray & Silver, Inc. was delighted to provide professional surveying and engineering services for the Marshalls store that is part of the retail center adjacent to Costco in St. Peters, Missouri. We prepared
a Preliminary Site Plan in accordance with
the requirements of the City of St. Peters,
submitted to the City staff, addressed comments
as necessary, and assisted in obtaining Preliminary Plan approval. We also prepared Construction Documents which included grading, a storm sewer plan, construction details, and an escrow cost estimate. Pickett Ray & Silver prepared easement plats and legal descriptions, revised the rear lot and the dock at the adjacent Ultimate Electronics store. We also revised the Landscape Plan and performed a study to allow revision of the Floodplain Mapping.
